A broker does more than find a policy of insurance. Many informational issues arise but they usually happen when you are focused on insurance not necessarily when the broker has office hours.  Part of our technology development initiative has been an on-line presence that allows for information access in a secure environment.  We are still available during office hours but that will no longer be a limitation for you to access information you need.

Policy Service and Customer Viewing
Common servicing can be done such as initiate change of address, contact and e-mail information request certificates of insurance and on-line reminders of important dates.  We will also link to premium payment status including premium financing.

Claims Service can also be initiated on-line with important information including risk mitigation, risk management and duties and requirements.
